Search Initiation

Each assignment is unique and every organization has its own special needs. asp specializes in customizing the search to meet these needs. The Search starts with a thorough understanding of the Client Company, the structure, the job, the responsibilities, compensation as well as educational, professional and the personal qualities required of the position. A detailed position description is then drawn up for the Client's approval.

We have a strong recruiting methodology that ensures that we find candidates for you and progress all the way to offer and acceptance.

Demand Analysis & Preparation

Based on initial discussions with the client, we prepare a written job description that defines the scope and responsibilities of the position. We also identify and prioritize the professional and personal qualifications that the client requires in an ideal candidate.

Upon the clients' final approval, this written job description serves as the master recruiting guideline for our consultants. We understand the clients' competition background, size, and organization structure. We also seek to analyse based on company culture so that our recruited candidates provide the best possible fitments.

Candidate Assessment & Presentation

Based on the interviews with the candidates, a detailed report is prepared and presented to the Client. Each contender is evaluated and assessed on the basis of his/her qualification, experience, personality and inter-personal skills. The report is discussed in-depth with the Client at the time of presentation.

We then present resumes and interview summaries to the client for review and discussion. This presentation is an outline of the candidates' business experience and our evaluation of their strengths, weaknesses, and management style and personality profile.


When the client has decided whom they are interested in, we will arrange the interviews.

At the end of this process, an offer is extended to a highly qualified candidate. Employment negotiations are conducted & final terms of an agreement are defined & communicated.


If desired, we will help the client to negotiate with the successful candidate about the salary package and will forward the job offer to the candidate.

Feedback & Communication

After each interview, we will discuss the results and provide timely feedback to the candidates. We understand the rejected candidates have a greater impact on the brand than the final selected one. Hence we ensure everyone is on the same page.
