Approach

Our Selection process follows a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive, detailed and target oriented.

Step 1: Orientation : It begins with understanding the client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure & culture and future growth plans and Understanding the position/mandate details with regard to specific candidate requirements which shall include understanding of the specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, key result areas and other relevant details.


Step 2: Search Target Plan : Keeping in mind the above details, our engagement team will establish a search strategy to effectively target desired candidates through the following means.


Step 3: Industry / Company Mapping : We will develop a target list of appropriate industries and/or companies from which to recruit and identify appropriate levels within those companies that we should target


Step 4: People Mapping : Once the target industry/company list is agreed upon, we will utilize our sources and networks along with our database support to develop an initial candidate list


Step 5: First Shortlist : Based on people mapping, we will draw up an initial list of target candidates. The most promising of these will be presented as a list of people we intend to approach.


Step 6: Evaluation & Assessment : Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We will then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates. In addition to personal interviews, we may use Psychometric assessment tools such as Thomas Profiling, SHL*


Step 7: Interviews : For the most appropriate candidates, we will prepare a detailed summary sheet based on our evaluation, assessment and Submit to client and shall facilitate the interview process by coordinating between the stakeholders.


Step 8: Counseling & Diligence : We perform a reasonable investigation into the facts and circumstances of a transaction to ensure a full and complete understanding of the transaction. If needed, we do necessary counseling or negotiations between both the parties to protect their interests/satisfaction.


Step 9: Detailed Background Verification : We will conduct detailed discrete background verification on the candidate you wish to hire. Verification based on their Integrity, employment track record, salary documents, any other specific remark in their professional career. Verification report shall be submitted to client before the formal offer release.


Step 10: Onboarding Final : Once offer is released, we engage the selected candidate more actively and track the incumbent throughout the relieving period in various stages - resignation submission, exit interviews with the current employer, relieving confirmation, hand over / transition till they come onboard.


Step 11: Post Joining Feedbacks: After the candidate come on board, we generally interact and follow up to understand how comfortable he/she settles down with the client organization, also with respect to location and other factors and will share the feedbacks to client to ensure the smooth transition

Background Verification

ASPPL follows a very stringent background verification process under various stages of the recruitment cycle

Stage I : A very detailed background verification of our candidates before referring their resumes to our client.

Stage II : A detailed professional background verification from the previous employers of the selected candidate before the offer release

Stage III : If Client unable to take a decision and needed more specific details on a particular shortlisted candidate, we shall aid client decision making process by conducting more deeper study of our candidates, analyse the facts & figures (Under various circumstances in the entire career) and thereby prepare a detailed case report, which shall help client in their decision making.
